ATTENTION ALL! MMR MOVING FORWARD TO FINAL SETTLEMENT AND RESOLUTION AND WITH ALL DEFENDANTS !!
MMR FILES WITH THE COURT A "NOTICE OF CLAIM CONSTRUCTION HEARING" with the Central Court in California on Dec 6,2013. This is very important for MMR. This hearing will clarify MMR patent rights. This type of hearing is used to spur negotiations for a settlement. If Judge rules basis for patent in MMR favor.... It indicates the feeling of the court to rule in favor of plaintiff on the case before it.....which would be GREAT FOR MMR.

This would go a LONG WAY FOR MMR TO PREVAIL IN ALL OTHER SUITS IT CURRENTLY IS INVOLVED WITH.

THIS HEARING IS SET TO TAKE PLACE JAN 13,2014.
