OC,
I discussed this with Dan at lenght, he " they" were reluctant to get involved with the SEC and this shareholder, who they are very famliar with, I assured him that my complaint would in no way reflect any opnion about or from the Company. There has been a strong second effort lately, and I believ this may bring him to the table, wheter he wants or not, he WIIL have to defend himself.
we will see.
