Browndawg,

Fraser update should be prior to any thawing this spring. The last update shows that the report was already issued to BC regulators back on 11-1.

"The report is now under review by the Branch, and the Company is awaiting the results of the review to learn what recommendations the Branch may or may not adopt. The Company will issue another update once the results of the Branch review are known."

As long as we get something back by mid Feb SOLID could still move in prior to the thaw and begin mining early March or as soon as weather is warm enough to operate a wash plant. Under the terms of the JV they will have to mine Fraser in 2014 or they will lose the JV.

It took 4-5 months to get the initial Fraser 20,000 yard pit to reach bedrock mining permit approved this final step should be more like 30-60 days. I would have normally said 30 days but they had a warning on their site that they were behind when we submitted the report back on Nov 1st.
