hey bud, this might help... you will get more shares of AAL on 30,60,90 and 120 days after the merger...

The 3.5% distribution is the line "Initial Old Equity Allocation"

$24 stock price column AAMRQ shareholders get $630 million.
disclosure statement shows AAMRQ dilluted outstanding at 335.3 million

($630m / $24) / 335.3 million oustanding AAMRQ = 0.078 AAL shares per AAMRQ share

1000 AAMRQ sharess * 0.078 = 78 AAL shares go to the AAMRQ shares holder per 1000 shares on merger date

IF you have 5000 AAMRQ shares you get 390 AAL shares on the merger date.

Divide your 5000 by 4 and that it what they use to base your distribution on 30,60,90,120

@30 based on 1250 shares
@60 based on 1250 shares
@90 based on 1250 shares
@120 based on 1250 shares.

For each distribution use this formula to determine how many shares you should get I took out the 3.5% initial distribution.
Debt and outstanding shares could change which will change the formula
(((AAL price * 1.544) - 22.34) / AAL Price) * 1250 shares per distribution = Number of AAL shares
