I don't see any value here. All I see is a extremely risky microcap penny stock that you'll probably lose money on. I going to buy NWD. Somebody tell me some reasons to be bullish and I'll listen. These recent filing don't sound to encouraging either. Boy, only a million in sales, that's really small!!!

"As of October 31, 2005, we had a working capital deficit of $2,165,812. We generated a deficit in cash flow from operations of ($12,519) for the three month period ended October 31, 2005. The deficit in cash flow from operating activities is largely attributable to our net loss of $303,909, adjusted for changes in the components of working capital amounting to a use of cash of $9,194.

While we have raised capital to meet our working capital and financing needs in the past, additional financing is required in order to meet our current and projected cash flow deficits from operations and development. We are seeking financing in the form of equity in order to provide the necessary working capital. We currently have no commitments for financing. There is no guarantee that we will be successful in raising the funds required."
