I was wondering the same thing. Seems to me that it would be desirous for the bolus to be infused in one sitting, rather than broken up over an extended period of time, allowing metabolization to significantly diminish the baseline of active drug in the bloodstream. In other words, Dr Menon's asking the FDA to step out of their retrograde DMV-culture government employee mindset, and put on their little scientist hats for 6 stinkin hours. Ooo!
