Unlikely, But it will be a good time for EWSI Shareholders to dump the rest of their shares before the fall back to the triple zeros/Reverse Split.. Just wait until the actual terms of this "deal" emerge, IF they file an 8K. Another deal with the devil, all paid in shares. Make the Asher Enterprises terms look Sweet.. (That is not a good thing)..
