I think PV is trying to help with the lift the moral of his shareholders here.
So, do you think they have bought in the previous week, when the price was in the 20's? I think a form 4 or something has to be filed within 24 hours of the first transaction, I'm not sure.
I do not think they HAVE to buy any at all, they just announced their intentions to do such. However, that would not bode well for their credibility here, and I honestly believe that the damage to their credibility in the last year is why this share price is in the 20's and having such a hard time getting out of them.
I don't thiink PV would be stupid enough to give us a shot in the arm and then not follow up with the booster (making actual purchases).
