I absolutely think a buyout makes sense, but that doesn't mean IMSC won't decide they want to continue trying on their own first. And they will probably succeed over the long run. It will just take a bit longer to really get traction IMO. As a trader I have to separate myself a little, and ask myself what is going to happen to the stock price in the short term. certainly over the longer term it will start heading back up at some point.
