The decision of how to reach the load is in the hands of the Canadian JV Mining Engineering Firm in charge of the operation. NBRI still owns the claim, but is not involved in the excavation and extraction of the PM, or supplying any of the equipment to do the job. NBRI receives a percentage of the final profits.

It appears to be just one more of those unexpected delays in receiving financial needs, almost like a squeeze. JOHO
