MyMedicalRecords Enters Into Agreement With WebMD and
Initiates Service Against Jardogs LLC, a Subsidiary of Allscripts

LOS ANGELES, CA - June 7, 2013 -- MMRGlobal, Inc. (OTCQB: MMRF) ("MMR") has announced that as previously disclosed, MyMedicalRecords, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of MMRGlobal, sued WebMD Health Corp. and WebMD Health Services Group, Inc. (collectively, "WebMD") in federal district court for patent infringement. MMR has entered into a written agreement with WebMD to dismiss the case without prejudice to re-filing the same case again, in order to continue to try and resolve the matter without the timing constraints imposed by the lawsuit. As the dismissal is without prejudice, MMR retains the right to re-file the litigation at any time.

Bets on Wallgreens wink wink , congrats, head games ??? Where is the update, on facebook? On a PR? Where is Walgreens update??
Was all this a promotion? Why go to that other penny stock investors meeting if Walgreens was SO important? Why not Granite? They won't give loan? CEO can spend money to fly to Deefield, brag about PHR saving him, brag about meetings coming Dec.3rd, why no update?

Meaningful use has NO sales for MMRF...If it did, investors and big boys would know, and buy at .02...Market knows Lorsch, Market knows MMRF and its capabilites, and from past, looks like those shows didn't either..
When is CEO questioned on the penny crap tactics? Is that all CEO knows? photo ops, MoneyTV, crazy PR's, reality shows, blog head games, words on a facebook, avoiding important shareholder questions? What is Loftus doing? What is Lagani doing? What about Australia?
