I too recall SG mentioning that he was building $SEEK in anticipation of a future buy out. This was mentioned in the conference call in mid October (just like Gold4You mentioned). Heimie1, I believe, you are thinking of the November 12th conference call, in which he did not mention that.

SG has turned down buy out offers because he knows that $SEEK is worth way more than what was offered.
