I am buy order in today for whatever $6k will buy me. I am trying for .0084 but so far the MM's are holding their ground; may need to go to .0087 or see if the PPS goes lower tomorrow on fluff PR's.

1. Could you please clarify share structure :

OS-2.3 bb with float of 500-690 million

2. Any update on buyback.

Yes they will initiate a buyback program that will start in February.

3. Any update on financials, audit, uplisting.

financials(audit) are being completed right now. Uplisting to the OTCBB is planned for the 1st Qtr of 2006. So we have Feb and March left. She said they would update through out the process.
