These lawsuits never go anywhere unless the SEC takes action against the company. ARIA's problem is not with the SEC but with the FDA. The lawyers should be suing the FDA instead...!!! The FDA caused the drop in the PPS, not the company. IMO, Iclusig will be back on the market soon in the good ole USA! But now I see the EMA results are still unresolved.
