December 11, 2013 6:30 pm Est. Every shareholder wishing to participate in the conference call, please email your name & telephone number as it is filed with the company to ir@pvefl.com. The access code to join the call will be provided by email and PM the day of the conference if your provided information has been verified.

1) Who is verifying shareholder name & number? When a shareholder sends this information to the company, what resource is being used to verify?

2) I have emailed ir@pvefl.com without much luck or response. What makes this time different?

3) Is each investor receiving a unique code to join the call? What is stopping someone who receives the code from sharing it with others?

4) It's been stated that the company has employed people in the past that were trying to do harm. How can investors be sure this time is different?

5) Will someone who provides their name and number who is not a shareholder be turned away from the call? What if they are a potential shareholder? I know this is an attempt to keep evil-doers away, but it's also limiting new money from buying PVEC.

6) Will a transcript be provided from the call and/or a playback feature when all is said and done?

Keeping things like a SYMBOL CHANGE or an INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL on the DL (down low) is giving off a shady vibe. This company needs to turn it's credibility around. Hey, for a few hundred bucks, PR the conference call. I want my investment to start going up again and not feel like I'm trapped in some private society of people who read ihub or work for the company. Just sayin'!!

Goooooooooooo PVEC
