Considering that there are now numerous suits beginning to gain traction across multiple jurisdictions involving multiple infringers and multiple patents, it seemed that the following recap of KEY DATES would be useful so that all VRNG shareholders everywhere can be on the same page. Hope it's helpful.

(GOOG - District)
All post-trial motions are now fully-briefed and, as such, JJ can technically rule on them at any time now. Keep in mind that there is no requirement for JJ to rule within any specified period of time, so in theory the rulings can come down anytime now or they can come down 2 years from now.

That being said, the two post-trial motions that are outstanding and "ripe for ruling" that have monetary implications are 822 (Post-Judgment Royalties) and 809 (Bill of Costs).

The Court may schedule an Evidentiary Hearing, if it deems necessary, on GOOG's claimed W/A now that responsive briefs have been filed and the issue is fully-briefed. Should any of the new expert witnesses be utilized, both parties will be provided opportunities to file responsive briefs, which will add additional time.

FYI, these relate to the invalidity proceedings in China that were initiated by ZTE back in NOV/DEC-2012, presumably as a pre-emptive strike before VRNG could file suits in China.
