NeoMagic Corp. is void with the Secretary of State of Delaware as of 3/2013. The Corporation simply no longer exists.

The last annual report filed with the SOS was 2010. The SOS determined that, based on the number of shares, that $398,890 in stock tax was due. That amount was never paid.

The total number of authorized shares pursuant to the amendment filed 6/14/2010, was 202,000,000.

Once the SEC finds out that this company no longer exists, it's probably going to suspend trading for 14 days.

By having a void charter, all actions taken by these people are unlawful, illegitimate, and "void."
