3 of 4 past weeks weekly stockcharts.com 200 ma has been tested...if it holds, great, l see upside..if not, looking at a dollar or below...news not great on the law suit and maybe Ackman would call this a pyramid scheme.

l'm not in and watching like a vulture....l smell disaster. I will not go short. Looking for bottom in 2014.
