Sammy was a public figure and very likely everything and every image likeness of himself has some public domain protection against reselling without permission. If any old 8mm has Sammys likeness, I can see Ntek getting sued if they bring any of that personal stuff to the public and Sammys estate or lawyers didn't know about it.
It's not costly to buy with shares a old collection of junk from an insider, it going to cost Ntek dearly to get the rights to do anything with personal media of Sammys.
Obvious fluff crap PR to try to shore up the crashing pps of Ntek.
It's not going to work.
