Thanks for the help.

I guess technically it is not a company stock buy-back program. Rather, it is the Management and Founders purchasing on Open Market. I guess a stock buy-back would be the company using funds from the company to buy shares back.
Just did not want to be misrepresenting anything here.

Still GREAT NEWS either way you slice it.
