12/04/2013 ORDER SETTING SENTENCING SCHEDULE as to Steven Moskowitz: The Probation Department shall disclose the presentence report on or before March 7, 2014. Sentencing is scheduled for April 28, 2014 at 10:00 AM in courtroom 4 A South. Counsel are directed to Judge Irizarry's Standard Requirements for Criminal Cases (available on the EDNY website) for procedures and deadlines for submission of objections to the PSR and other sentencing memoranda and/or motions.
