In another article posted on dec 4th, members of Costa Rica legislature are going on a 46 day holiday prior to elections from dec 23 rd to February 3rd, but prior to this happening, the minister of presidency, Carlos Ricardo Benavides will call all deputies for progress reports on different laws of great importance to the country. Among priority projects noted is the law on biomedical research and a law to increase the limit of PRIVATE POWER GENERATION, among others.
So I think if the PPA is not signed prior to dec 23 , we will be looking at the month of February for such an acknowledgement.
