Is MJNA a scam?

I have been working on trying to answer that for almost a year since I read the infitialis article. I have tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Like many here, the many positives of CBD make the "story" seem like a winner. Like deafelephant points out, though, one can believe in CBD but not believe in MJNA.

If you don't think MJNA is a scam, then you should read the press releases from 2011 and 2012 and see how they panned out (and also read the February guidance p.r. again). If you don't think MJNA is a scam, you should familiarize yourself with the CannaVest transaction and the insider double-dealing that has followed. If you don't think MJNA is a scam, you should look into what deafelephant shared earlier today and try to connect the dots. If you don't think MJNA is a scam, you should explain why every single director except for Michelle Sides (and many officers) have left in the less than three years since CannaBank reverse merged with Perlowin's company. If you don't think MJNA is a scam, you should explain how the filings continue to show CannaBank controlling this company with what appears to be less than a majority of shares. If you don't think MJNA is a scam, do you wonder why we never hear from Michelle Sides?

I don't know, is MJNA a scam?

If you don't like my posts, don't read them. If you think only those who agree with you should post, then start your own message board. My conclusions are my opinion only, based on what I believe to be true. I have no crystal ball.
