The problem is that he is not mentioning it. It's the pattern that fits. Someone in this forum said that he 'd start on Dec 1st and that means new funding. This has not been announced and doesn't seem to happen because in the past they always announced every bit of hope they had. The excuse now will be that it's too close to Christmas and that 2014 will be the best year ever. Every predictipn of us 'negative thinkers' came true in the last months. Every prediction the 'holders/positives' gave -if they ever made a clear statement- did not happen. Pattern! System!
