As I said,the overall picture is similar, but if you are going to post facts, they should be correctly stated. The 100% correct facts will come from the Nevada SOS. It is also the place that you can find out that the A/S has not been increased since, so all of the people stating mass dilution need to look at the fact that only 10% of the A/S was even remaining at last update.

All of this being said, I just consider the A/S maxed all the time, and determine from there the quality of the investment. My belief is that between .01 and .02 is very possible once we have weed growing. In the long term (2-3 years) I would say that as far as .04-.05 is possible, unless they start buying shares back. So even with these much more understated values than some of the major supporters here, I still think that we could see a 5-7 bagger within 2014. All IMO of course, but that's my thought pattern and my investment strategy. To each their own.
