I remember the pps was slowly walked down...that could be happening here as well. I'd say most investors hate that..it is the water torture. I have gotten used to it over the years and hold longer than most...

lf this drags out to third quarter, l would think some sort of solid development will be out earlier, perhaps first or second quarter.

What are your thoughts of the possibility of a merger or buyout?

Exide is a long shot and l have a very small percentage of my portfolio invested; however, would be happy to push the buy button more often with positive developments possibly coming next year.
