Here is the Federal Bankruptcy Judges statement regarding Treaty Energy committing any fraud (refer to transcripts pages 93-94);

"And all the rest of the claims of the plaintiffs in that adversary some of whom are the same people
as the Petitioning Creditors here was based on that fraud, that was all rejected, all rejected. So, I’m not going to retry that issue even though it did not -- it does not constitute claims against Treaty Energy Corporation."

CASE DISMISSED!
