[Captain and Diet]

All the talk about David Turner, the former CFO of PVEC, got us interested into why would a CPA & MBA waste his time on here and more importantly how will this have any bearing on the pps.


It got a lot more intriguing when we came across references to Turner in the Deep Web. For those unfamiliar with the Deep Web, the US Dept of Navy developed it originally for intelligence agents, law enforcement and foreign countries dealing with the US, and is separated from the surface web.


We noticed his interfacing with US Senator Jay Rockefeller’s office on many occasions. Senator Rockeferller is a member and former chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. Also of interest, was Turner involvement with many federal prosecutors. It was his background in forensic auditing that the U.S. Attorneys have used in dozen of cases to convict defendants in banking and offshore money laundering. In one interesting case not too long ago, he was a federal witness in a maritime RICO case where the defendant was found guilty.


And then there is his Sea America project of ten years ago. More to it that meets the eye. Too much DOD and DIA involvement. But that’s another story.


Unfortunately the more we come up with, the more questions we have. We still don’t why he’s here or where he’s going next.
