It's been exactly ONE YEAR since a judge lifted the bankruptcy proceedings by CIRC. Since then, 6-0 in courts against Playboy with the BIG ONE BEING Playboy losing its own case for copyright infringement. Personally, if I were Playboy Management I'd get this resolved ASAP. Get it off the books in calendar year 2013. CIRC has proved it's more than capable of manufacturing and distributing PBED as long as they aren't held up by Playboy!
