I'm sorry...but what you just described sounds like small increments of dilution. The exact same thing happened to traders in uvse 4 yrs back until massive dilution started hitting the market and if you look at that co. it's stuck at .0001 with no bid.

Now hope that isn't the case here and don't think it is. But just something to ponder. IMHO.
