I can't see this happening again. The only reason for a R/S would be to uplist. According to BW he would do a "forward split" into this new BeBevCo. I think there's only 200 mil of these shares. If the requirement to be up listed was say $2, the value of your current shares times 1.5 would be what you would own in shares of the new company. You have $4000 worth x 1.5 = $6000. Therefore you now own 3000 shares of the new company. An R/S to get to $2 would require a 2000:1 at the current .001 PPS. Bringing BBDA total shares down to 2 million. Seems a bit far fetched with such a low share count. BW's goal was to get shareholder value as high as possible via buyback, quarterly numbers, third party valuation of the company, etc, then "forward split" it to the required up listing price. Srloan, antihistamine, Garyst, garden gnome can any of you confirm what I'm saying here from past updates from BW?
