Its intriguing to me you first started with that letter that the company could not pay Dr.chain and had no means and was worthless even bankrupt.

Now you want to use it a different way.Chain was part of the company I agree however there are many in the field that could continue with the pipeline even though I say its sold or broke apart.

I once thought where I worked it could never continue without me.That was 14 years ago and they are still in operation and last I checked they were self supporting.

Now this is part of several emails from the the doctor over the past several days.

I relly don't like putting it up on a message board but since you continue and me and the good doctor have decided it best we go different direction cause we will never see eye to eye on certain issues.


I see no harm cause he's not a officer,director of ILNS.Again I wish him well in his future endeavors with (his new company) and may he be justly rewarded for all his deeds past and present.


Here are some actual facts for you to consider relating to my own shareholdings in Intellect:

•The only shares I have ever held were my original founder shares
•The 50:1 reverse split left me with 90,000 shares in aggregate

•I have never held any Preferred Shares.

•I do not currently have and have never had a controlling position.



My quarrel with ILNS was amicably resolved. There are no further issues.


Now that sounds to me the company ILNS owes him nothing in the past and its does not appear there are any issues going forward so all the issues between Chain/ILNS are moot.

Everyone knows he left the first week of May 2013 so my question is what is your point.

Its clear others have total control of ILNS.You think they just going to put everything in a folder and throw it into the fire place after all the money thats been spent.

You think they going to say hell with the (2) top tier companies and the license agreements which PFE,VPHM/SHPG are ongoing with clinical trials and that could make ILNS a billion dollar company plus many other trials that will occur with the rest of the pipeline.

Anyone would say get out of here.Try something different cause even as dumb as I'm I can see a big hole in your story.
