I don't know who told you that but quarterly financials are not audited so the late filing couldn't have anything to do with auditors since there is nothing to audit. Only the complete fiscal year financials are audited. Those audited results are included in the 10K's. All HJOE's 10Q's contain "UNAUDITED CONSOLIDATED FINANICAL STATEMENTS"
