my final note on short covering etc.

One thing to really watch out for in the future is if GS ever changes their call on Intel. If they ever decide that guidance is finally conservative enough (i.e. the bar is finally low enough for Intel to beat in 4 consecutive quarters), then the game will really have changed on how to play this stock. While most analysts calls are somewhat interesting and make for a good read, a change in sentiment by GS will be a game changer. It ain't gonna happen here but watch out for it.
