I would LOVE to the see the LOI of the SkierShop completed. No doubt about that. And I am sure that YES, there is ALOT of paperwork that is VERY necessary to complete when dealing with these type of LOIs. I am sure that WHEN Dan finds it possible to complete the LOI, I guess he will finish it in a nice orderly fashion.
As far as the LOI in SteamBoat...I am VERY happy to see that PR hit the wire...NOW the key is to ACTUALLY open the station up on the date that Dan and Company have set!!
That is ANOTHER step in the right direction...I wonder WHAT the next string of PRs will be. Because I must admit, Dan has really suprised me with the past FIVE PRs, in a positive way. I am just ready for a PR that actually MOVES the PPS. I am sure that when Dan and Company see the opportune time, we will get some other PRs to move this PPS. I for one would LOVE to see the volume go UP!! Because with some volume, and some Sell Orders...being PULLED...
I agree with Bobky...the MM will MOVE UP...their ASK. But for now, we continue to be able to purchase all the PRRM we want at a VERY discounted rate....RJ
