Just emailed the CEO and I'll be eagerly awaiting his response. Hoping to hear from him before the weekend as these are some questions that have been eating away at me for awhile.

I asked him about the ExIm financing and a time frame once the formal loan package is submitted, the PPA - who verbally approved it and who is responsible for signing it (person, people, who they are - CEO, politician, etc).

Hopefully he is able to give clear answers (not limited by the quiet period), because some of the answers may give us a better time frame if not a better understanding of what the delay is/are.
