Nothing has been denied by the court. Intellicell's own filing denies things, but that is to be expected.

And yes, the company is VERY SMART to miss the most prominent event in the industry when there is nothing else left to do but to promote its technology.

Finally, as to the integrity of the company - it sure looks like there are millions of it being dumped at us daily.
