Good evening, all,

I have been in dispose for several hours, returning to find a slew of messages and email. Thank you everyone for the info you are providing. As soon as I can, I will be answering each one individually. Tomorrow is a particularly important day for the company (cannot disclose details), as such I have a number of matters that I must complete this evening.

I would like to point out that the disclosures matter is being rectified and we should see proof of such tomorrow. It is my hope that OTCMarkets will work expeditiously to update with the listing status reflecting such.
