As of the last Q there are still over 7 mil shares available.Not such a big deal however some peps freak out when these filing come out. These Biotech's burn tens of millions of dollars every Q and unless a big boy like Merck begins to back them there will be more offerings. IMHO ABIO is worth the risk to buy and hold long term.These dips IMHO are to be taken advantage of. Stock prices on these biotech's can explode fast sometimes without notice.
