Can anyone confirm that Battis had a diabetic stroke and is in intensive care at Princeton U Hospital?

I found this post very alarming. I just got off the phone with Bob and he is alive and well at home this morning.

I'm not sure where you heard this story but its shameful. It is clearly a vindictive and disgraceful rumor in an attempt to scare off investors at a clearly critical point in time.

We have all been disappointed by LEI's performance in recent years but this rumor mongering has taken the bashing to a new low. Stick to facts.
