What is it you expect to hear this month? It's basically 2 weeks left of this year.

Updated S1 is not sent to SEC.
Most likely no financing without the S1.
No Nasdaq without the S1.
No Dividend without financing.
Yap wont buy any shares until the financing is sorted.
Equity financing will continue until other financing deals are available.

But I do look forward to hear from the tour attendants and I hope some of the attendants have deep pockets. We might get an announcement about the new CEO and board member, but I doubt it.
Right now, I feel that the first quarter next year is the time when things will happen. And when the wheel starts to spin, it wont stop.
