I will echo what doc is saying they do respond when contacted. I have never had Harry not respond anytime I have contacted him and I am a no one special non insider. Try it, and if you already tried then try it again.

I have also heard the same that the company intends to become more open once they become fully reporting. Hopefully that will be soon
