The Transfer Agent keeps track of the S/O when shares get added to the S/O the company notifies the T/A. This was just a Fukup by proof readers if there is even one.The first place the SEC goes to is the T/A if they suspect shares getting freed up which should not be. Also the Transfer Agent is licenced
