ANyone who has invested in microcaps know that when a CEO abandons his shareholders to a new company, that CEO knows that the new company management is doing the reverse merger to have a capital structure to build THEIR company--not try to fix or keep the previous CEO's diluted share structure.
May I remind you of what you already must know. When you have over 750 MILLION shares out and trading subpenny --and have converts (200 million shares worth) and a Authorized limit of 1 billion shares, you have no choice but to increase the authorized--which will "whizz off" already angry shareholders--or move on to another "investment" vehicle. Wright knew that the RS was going to happen. And he certainly knew that no rational company going public this way had an obligation to not do a reverse.
Give me a break. Nice spin, though. LOL
