I, too, saw that 900k shares being returned and reinstalling the debt. Does anyone have those debt converter names at hand from the filings? I remember company/corporate names. But were there any pricipal names attached? That would be interesting.
When you smell a rat--you got to take heed. At least the past management is not involved beyond owning some shares. I thought VETERAN TRADER's post was enlightening. Sounds like he was disgusted by Wright's shares in VRTY after his shareholders went through a 1 for 100 reverse split.
But it is time for VRTY management to start putting their own stamp on the company. One thing for sure is they are not pumping the stock.
Bet there are people going to compalain about that. But, if you want pumping, there is another Keystone Financial Management company in the mining and oil business with a sprinkling of gravel operations that pumps every so often.
