Not ready to go national. Time is not right. Yet another example of why. People should not have to wait so long. And subscribers should not have to take something out of a queue and then put it back. A few weeks ago, I clicked on 40 Year Old Virgin and another movie was displayed.

With only 7-9,000 subs this should not be happening. Circuit City knows this too and may delay again.

They need to fix the technical and shipping issues. Management is running down too many paths right now.

Couple this with the news this week and you can buy much, much lower.

The churn is horrible. They cannot retain enough subscribers because of shabby service and long waits.
