OK Pfizer has to pay up first and then something else will happen.
I think that Pfizer feels that ILNS has been playing fast and loose to make the damage's due look worse than it really is. We think the same thing, so either it really is much worse or a little playacting is involved. Pfizers Atty, is not blind, however, here comes Judge Oing, who has to have a partial agreement (study started right back up, several conference calls) between Intellect and Pfizer. I have posted transcripts of another case with J. Oing presiding and it is enlightening reading, he will not fool around. Odds on, this case being disposed 01/08/2013 very high IMO.
{If you pay for Ihub do a Oing search and you will find my post}

So Intellect for their part has to keep it up (or down as the case may be) until the settlement with Pfizer. Keep in mind that Pfizer claimed to have no ongoing study's,. and Pfizer clearly did and does, this is about damages. Judge Oing by the way will know the amount and set it and leave ILNS and Pfizer to quibble about kibbles out in the hall, that however should be done by now.

Do you suppose Pfizer attorneys read these posts??
Nuff said.
