It continues to amaze me how some apparently cannot understand the published and accurate information establishing the lack of any material dilution since the current management and company came into place as VRTY. In fact, as previously confirmed and reported, the O/S have been reduced by 900,000 shares, in connection with the claw back of the 900,000 shares issued by AQLV and its CEO in connection with the highly questionable and insupportable debt conversion on ridiculous terms, all prior to the advent of VRTY and new company.

So, any suggestion of dilution since VRTY came into being, and the current management team has been in place, appears to be baseless, and the motives of those who continuously claim dilution must be seriously questioned.
