In dealing with companies such as DIGX, patience is key. Yes, Darla is not being very communicative, but at least, over the last few months, she has: (i) filled the 2012 10-K, (ii) filled the 1-st & 2-nd Q's 10-Q (all showing positive net revenue), and (iii) taken out the CE. Once the: (i) tax loss sales are over, (ii) 3-rd 10-Q is filled, and (iii) (especially) after some news about expanding the business hit, DIGX will fly high. Looking @ the weekly chart, there's plenty to recover.
