I think some people are confused. This release says "for about 95 percent of Immediatek Inc.'s outstanding shares, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission" http://www.marketwire.com/mw/release_html_b1?release_id=107588

The filing says only preferred: http://xml.10kwizard.com/filing_raw.php?repo=tenk&ipage=3916465o

Would take a lot more than 3 million to buy out the common. So I think the first news release is WRONG???
